This course is designed to give you an insight into the fascinating world of retail make- up. Learn what will be expected from you when working with a make-up brand, how to engage, interact, educate and inspire customers, and master the make-up techniques which will be crucial to your success in the retail environment.
Course Content:
DAY 1: You will learn about skills interviewers often look for, how to present yourself at interview and all you need to know on customer service and engagement. Discover select Illamasqua products and have a go during role-play sessions.
DAY 2: Understand and practice the essential make-up skills in retail and learn how to educate and meet performance expectations whilst performing make-up applications.

Suitability:
Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Levels. This course is available for both individuals and groups with a maximum attendance of up to 8 attendees.
